1.    WHAT ARE COOKIES:

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an application, which allow the site to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit or preferences.

2.    COOKIES WE USE:

MemberSpace uses a limited set of first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Platform. Beyond this, MemberSpace's current practice is to rely on third-party cookies, set by the Third-Party Services (as defined in Terms of Service Clause 11) embedded on the Platform, rather than to independently set and store first-party analytics or advertising cookies in its own systems; data collected via such third-party cookies is processed by the relevant third party in accordance with its own privacy policy, and is not stored within MemberSpace's internal databases. This does not relieve MemberSpace of responsibility for the Third-Party Services it chooses to embed: MemberSpace conducts due diligence on each such Third-Party Service before integration and keeps the list in Clause 11 of the Terms of Service.

3.    CONSENT BANNER:

3.1.           MemberSpace displays a cookie consent banner the first time a User accesses the Platform, allowing the User to accept or reject cookies.

3.2.           The banner provides the option to accept all cookies or reject all cookies. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be rejected, as they are essential to the Platform's core functionality (such as keeping you logged in), but all other cookies are applied only where the User has consented.

3.3.           A User's cookie preference is stored and re-sought periodically.

4.    CHANGING YOUR PREFERENCES:

You may withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser or device settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect your ability to use the Platform, consistent with the consent-withdrawal mechanics described in Privacy Policy Clause.

5.    GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL:

As there is currently no universal industry standard for recognising Global Privacy Control browser signals, the Platform does not, at present, alter its behaviour in response to such signals. Users can control their cookie preferences directly through the consent banner referred to in Clause 3.

6.    LOCATION DATA:

MemberSpace does not track a user’s geolocation through the website or the mobile application, consistent with Privacy Policy.

7.    MOBILE APPLICATION:

Where you use the MemberSpace mobile application, similar technologies to cookies such as SDKs and local storage may be used for authentication and core functionality.

8.    OWNERSHIP AND UPDATES TO THIS POLICY:

8.1.           This Cookie Policy is maintained internally by MemberSpace and will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains accurate as new tools or tags are added to the Platform, including whenever a new Third-Party Service is integrated under Terms of Service Clause 11.

8.2.           We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy.
